Client Services Representative:
The Client Services group is the core of our company, responsible for servicing and building relationships with our diabetic customer base, primarily through inbound and outbound phone calls. It is a great position for joining our growing company and one where you will learn a great deal about what we do. Excellent phone skills, attention to detail, high energy and adaptability are a must. Fluency in a second language is highly desirable, but not a requirement.

Documentation Specialist:
Our Documentation Specialists perform a variety of clerical functions related to patient record-keeping compliance with contractual requirements and federal, state and local governmental regulations. High energy, exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness are required.

Clinical Services Representative – New Referral/Reimbursement Specialist::
The New Referral/Reimbursement Specialist is responsible for new durable medical equipment client intake procedures, including enrollment, insurance claims, benefit interpretation, and medical care authorizations/referrals. Experience in insurance/managed care and fluency in a second language are highly desirable, but not requirements. Excellent phone skills, attention to detail, high energy and adaptability are musts.

Clinical Services Representative – Insulin Pump Specialis:
The Insulin Pump Specialist is responsible for servicing new and existing insulin pump clients, including enrollment, insurance claims, benefit interpretation, and medical care authorizations/referrals. Health care or insurance/managed care experience is a plus, but not required. Exceptional attention to detail, great phone skills, initiative and good independent judgment are critical for success in this role.

Pharmacy Technician, Neighborhood Pharmacy:
Work under the direction of pharmacist to assist with all pharmacy-related functions, including but not limited to entering prescription orders into the computer, helping patients who are dropping off or picking up prescription orders, communicating with insurance carriers to obtain payment for prescription claims, preparing pharmacy inventory, and assisting the pharmacist with filling and labeling prescriptions. Excellent attention to detail, good phone skills, maturity and thoroughness are required in this role.

Medical Billing Specialist:
Work under the direction of Billing Manager; this position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and be detail oriented. Familiarity with medical billing, coding and collections is required and 2-3 years experience working in a medical billing office is required.
